Each Managed Dedicated Server comes with a comprehensive package of services to ensure your server runs at peak efficiency. This always includes the initial setup of software requested by the customer (Up to a max. of 3 hours technician work). Depending on the chosen plan, a certain number of monthly technician hours are also included, which can be utilized for software updates, installation of new software, or modifications to existing software. If your needs exceed these included hours, additional support is available at a rate of €21 plus 19% VAT per 15-minute interval. This approach ensures that your server is not only set up to your specifications but also maintained and updated according to your evolving needs.
