With our affiliate programme you can earn credits for your servers by simply recommending our service to your friends. Your friends will receive our top service in all server matters and you will receive a commission!
Signing up for our affiliate programme is super easy. If you are already a customer, simply contact us via support ticket, email or contact form with your registered customer email and tell us where you would like to promote our products, such as your website, YouTube channel or similar. If you are not yet a customer with us, simply contact us with the same information and we will then create a customer account for you under your email.
We will now manually check your registration and then get back to you with your affiliate code. We will also explain how you can best promote our products and provide you with promotional images!
You simply pass on your affiliate code to the customers you have referred and they can then quote it when placing their order. This way you will receive your commission and the referred customer will also receive a small welcome gift from us! Unfortunately, if the code is not given when the first order is placed, you will not receive your commission, so you should place it prominently!
If you have recruited a new customer and this customer has placed a qualified order, you will receive your commission after one month on your credit account with us in the web interface. You can then use this credit for all our services.
A new order must fulfil several criteria in order to count as a qualified order for the affiliate programme. It must be the new customer’s first order, they must have paid for their order in full, they must have chosen a contract period of more than one month and they must not have cancelled their contract immediately after the first month. If these factors are all the case, you will receive your commission payment after about one month on your credit account.
